DX 52 for the direct use of vegetable-oils as fuel in all diesel-engines.
DX 52 ( fuel-additive ) directly allows to use mainly vegetable-oils as fuel in diesel engines (for example rapeseed oil or soy bean oil) without any engine modification.
Only 2-3% of the additive has to be added to the vegetable-oil to run the engine.
Please stir the mixture carefully before filling the tank.
The concentration of the additive can be increased up to 4%.
This gives you the efficiency of super-diesel.
The viscosity (thickness/density) of rape seed oil is about 10 times higher than diesel-fuel.
When using oil without any engine modification that's the reason why the fuel needs to be thinned for certain engines. This can be done with a thinner ( also biogenous thinner is available ) or by using 30-50% of conventional diesel-fuel. This has to be done especially under cold conditions.
This technology is environment friendly because the fuel is mainly based on renewable energy (vegetable-oils) and the pollution (black smoke and toxicity) is kept extremely low.
If you fill the tank with the mixture for the first time, the tank will be cleaned and therefore the combustion might be worse for 1 or 2 fillings. But after this you will enjoy an extraordinary quiet and softly running engine (soft-force ignition).
Please always make sure to use sufficiently cleaned oils when applying this product!!

DX 52 FUEL-ADDITIVE-COMPLEX for the use of vegetable oils
With DX 52 it is possible to use sufficiant cleaned and suitable vegetable oils without any engine modification as fuel in diesel-engines. Mixing with normal diesel is possible in any amount.
Depending on the viscosity of the vegetable oil and the injection system of the engine a thinner has to be taken with. This can be commercial diesel.
In direct injection systems about 30% and in winter time about 50% of thinner ( diesel ) has to be taken with, if there is no sufficiant heating system installed for thinning the oil.
For rape-oil, soy-bean and sunflower DX 52 should be taken.
For "gold of pleasure" it is requested to use DX 52 LD.
In general 2% of DX 52 have to be added to the vegetable oil part to run the engine.
3% is required if exhaust-cleaning-systems are installed. 4% will give you a very powerful fuel.
Tests have shown that the consumption of fuel goes down around 5-10%.
The additive has to be stirred well into the vegetable oil.
The stability of storage is about one year.

Hints for the first use
DX 52 allows the usage of vegetable oils as fuel in diesel-engines.
It is tested with soybean, rape and the oil of Gold of Pleasure.
Sunflower can only be used if wax is taken out.
2% up to 4% of the additive are sufficient to run the engine.
If 4% of the additive is used it isas efficient as super-diesel.
The additive has to be mixed well into the vegetable oil by a machine or a pump to homogenize the liquids. Simple stirring by hand is not enough to get a good result.
Only suitable and sufficient cleaned oils should be taken for its use with engines!

Suitable vegetable oil plus additive DX 52 principally can be used in all diesel-engines without any engine modification. Mixtures with normal diesel are possible in any proportion.
Because vegetable oil has a higher viscosity than normal diesel fuel the basic mixture can be taken - without using a thinner - only in older engine-technologies. To make it usable in modern cars engines a thinner has to be used. This can be normal diesel.
The amount of thinner ( diesel ) has to be chose depending on the climate conditions. Especially regarding the cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of the oil. The standard ( with rape-oil ) for all cars is 35% diesel
as summer mixture ( over + 15 C° ) and 60% diesel as winter mixture ( +5 C° down to - 10 C° minus with winter-diesel-fuel ).
The mixture with 60% winter-diesel is also neccessary if parking-heaters will be runned which take the fuel from the main tank. If the summer fuel mixture shall be used the whole year in combination with parking-heaters it is recommanded to install a second diesel-tank for the parking-heater.
If the vegetable oil plus additive and diesel is stored and tanked separately it is recommanded to fill in the thinner ( diesel ) into the tank of the car first and then the veg. oil mixed with the additive.
Otherwise the engine might take too much of the higher viscous vegetable oil which can cause starting problems.
For the first fillings of DX 52 with veg. oil you have to clean the tank and the injection system !
Depending on this cleaning process ( especially regarding older cars ) the efficiency of the combustion can be a little bit less and the exhaust might smell worse after the 1-2 tank- fillings.
It is also recommended to change the fuel-filter then !
If the system is cleaned properly this fuel will give you a powerful and softly running engine !
Because of the special characteristics of veg.-oils (ignition-point is higher than diesel) in a cold running engine, the engine power is not as high as with normal diesel.
As soon as the engine is warm, the improved engine characteristics are available.
In tests DX 52 plus 25% Diesel ( 75/25 ) has been given 7% more engine power and about 8% better torque.
Thus better engine performances are observed.
DX 52 plus rape-seed oil ( 100% ) is tested by its toxic aspects.
There was no harm on biological substances.
The basic-fuel is over 93% bio-degradable within 28 days.
DX 52 plus rape-seed oil ( 100% ) is tested for its harmlessness / compatibility with engine-seal-material.
The stability for storage purposes of the vegetable oil plus additive is at least one year.
Under unusual conditions ( light, high temperatures ) storage-time must be reduced.
For longer storage of the vegetable oil plus additive in containers above ground a tank in tank system
should be used to avoid condensation.
Condensation that gets into storage-containers has to be let out from the ground of the tank.
Because of its ecotoxical harmlessness the basic 100% vegetable oil fuel-mixture should not be water-polluting. If the thinner has to be stored altogether, legal rules for water-pollution fluids have to be taken into consideration.
